The fifth ad of the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition's (SEBAC) "In This Together" campaign delivered its most pointed message to elected leaders urging a budget that asks millionaires and corporations to pay their fair share. The ad, titled "Stamp," aired in June and July of 2009 and took aim at Governor M. Jodi Rell for protecting the wealthy in a time of crisis.
