Did you watch the entire video? Or any of his other performances?
Watch him perform with the Boston Pops Symphony Orchestra with John Williams.
Before he left Cuba with the help of Dizzy, he was forced to play NOTHING but classical music. You can understand why he preferred jazz after leaving.

And you clearly haven't heard Sandoval play classical.
This is jazz/afro cuban, it's not supposed to be perfect intonation. If you knew anything about jazz music you wouldn't post such an ignorant comment.
