yea probably should've done that at the waters edge, not in the lee behind that berm. Probably also would have been good to know how to kite and not be a walking cliche. Dude's lucky...

Pulled like a rag doll. Next time just hold the bar all the way in powered up this way you could of get a nice big air while at it.

That sucks. Never happened to me. Why didn't you launch closer to the water? Looks like the kite was in the wind shadow of the terrain + you should sit down when launching so close to the rocks.

Helmets make people look like dorks, are for beginers and panzies....
