haha -wasnt formed as a christian nation???!!! Have you ever even read ONE document written by the founding fathers?? Any literate person with their eyes open who really studies our early history knows we were founded a Christian Republic. Now, if you want that changed, you must be pretty happy cuz thats what's a'happ'nin'. Of course isnt it interesting- the more we go in a 'non-Christian' direction the less great we are as a nation. Hmmm- careful now, we wouldnt wana learn sumthin' would we?

I think a Christian nation would mean that we make laws bearing up standards of God.
The fruit of (the manifestation of) the Spirit is love, joy, peace, endurance, gentleness, goodness,faith, humbleness, and even temperedness against such there is no law.
IF people in power to make laws are not manifesting the fruit of the spirit, we get laws from a different spirit manifested. Laws that make being a good deed a crime?

Though it sounds like you are right - seperation of church and state, I was watching a Christian TV show that was quoting the founders documents and the laws for becoming a public servant at that time, and they were all demanding that the person was a god-fearing man. (or woman) The culture of the founders was pro-Christian and anti- nonbeliever. It was against state run or controlled freedom of religion, but didn't want anyone in office that would hurt the freedom of Christians.

One nation under God used to mean something. It used to mean the greater authority of this place was God, not some self-appointed MAN. Do you start getting it now? This was intended to be the real ''land of the free'' but freedom comes with a small set of rules. It comes with responsibility and the fact you can not lie to God what you have done.
You had to obey His Law. Stop taking for granted the Common Law that was derived from the Mosaic law. People want to be ''civilized'' but forget how...

@MotionFrequency - What does "inalienable rights by our creator" have to do with Christianity? Your creators are your mother and father who had sex to fertilize an egg. Or if you are muslim the creator is Allah, or Vishnu, or etc.. etc..

@ronpaulbot George Washinton's wife said that you would rather question Washington's faithfulness to country rather than his Christian beliefs. Of course your progressive professors never told you that. Do the words "inalienable rights by our creator" ring a bell? Doesn't that have the signature of all the founders? If they didn't believe in God, then why would they sign "by our creator"? Obama was sworn in with Lincoln's bible. MLKjr read from the bible. Don't be a fool and distort the truth.

The USA was never formed as a Christian nation, it was created as a A-theist nation. That is a nation that separated church from state. If that is what made the USA great, then God wants the US govt not to be religious.

@ronpaulbot Of course there is no state religion in the US. I think what he meant, and what most people mean when they say that the US is a Christian nation, is that the citizens are predominately Christian, that is all. But all that aside there were many very important topics brought up in this video, so why do you focus on such a minor thing that was just briefly mentioned as an aside? The main message was, "Now is the time to come to the aid of your country." We must focus on that to survive!

@haha48 Obama was putting a lot of pressure on BP to bring this massive source online so he could provide the West with oil while the oil supplies from Iran were offline due to his unjustified impending ATTACK on that country. No matter how you look at it, it is a cover for Obama's crimes against humanity.
