  • how did you mount the camera? i see a pink foam there, did you substitute the canopy?

  • @flatmarx yeah just took some pink insulation foam, strong magnet and some bamboo skewers for the pins. I cut a recess for the gopro mount to help lock it in.

  • @underbird since my first model crashed, i have an extra canopy, so i'm trying to mount it there with the bike helmet mount for the gopro, i will do a few more flights without the cam, tho. were you using the original motor / prop (just wondering about the extra weight) ?

  • @flatness original battery motor and prop. Just mounted cam at c of g. She won't float like stock and needs a bit more speed to take off and land. I used one of the peel and stick mounts as well

  • that is a wild but fun ride! The real ones seem to fly like that at the airshow, banking in a corner 90 degrees or flying level but not much in between!

  • @FPVandotherprojects yeah its my favorite to fly right now. I won it at a swap meet.
