If you think this was a bad dealer error you should get out more. In his defense he's a circuit dealer. They travel around the world dealing events like this one. They usually work ridiculous hours and have to deal with casinos using chip colors that are different for each denomination at each event. This sort of thing happens in almost every early event of a tournament series.
