Man and Anima - Tanishq Moham (Jewelry TVC)

This is a commercial i scripted in early 2006 when i was in Lowe, Bangalore. The song is an old, romantic tamil movie song that has a timeless charm to it.

The baseline says:
"Thangathudan inaindu ruby karkal"
(Gold that's one with rubies.)

Who are the singers? I know the Original was sung by PBS and Susheela, but this certainly isnt the original recording. The male voice is really good :)

i also like the part when the camera looks onto an area of the floor where the sunlight falls, and we see the girl walking by and the flowers from her hair fall onto the sunlit floor! Excellent cinematography!

i like the voice of the girl, i think she made tamil sound so elegant and cool, when otherwise everybody in the movies are just yelling ! can you translate what she says ? my tamil is not very good !
