  • Nothing has changed... N2O2 has been used for hundreds of years and the only other options for sedatives are benzodiazepines (versed/midazolam, halcion/triazolam, xanax/alprazolam, valium/diazepam etc etc) and there is no safe alternative for people who can't tolerate benzodiazepines. It is very sad.
