I beg to differ .... before 1980 FASD DID exist it just was not diagnosed.

It also bothers me saying "clearly a native"; FASD does not discriminate ... anyone can have FASD.

To the woman in the video...admitting what is wrong with your child is not an easy task. Praying things are going well for you and your child.
