Missy Elliot -Lose Control Dance

This is a short clip of my girlfriend (in white top) and her friend dancing to Missy Elliot's "Lose Control"

I apoligise for the poor quality of the clip.... a friend shot it on his mobile phone, although there is a better quality recording of the whole dance but unfotunately I can't seem to get my hands on it! :(

I don't think that this clip does them justice because its just the end of the routine and probably the least exciting part!
