  • dude, i think you should put the camera in a better angle so the people wouldnt be complaining about the form. if you put the cam to the side, people would be sure that you are going deep enough.

  • Isnt a leg press to 90 degrees? I'm not sure a 30 degree leg press is that impressive. Try going knees to chest, you'll find you can only do half that weight. Good luck.

  • @baldyholly79 I wouldnt say you're lazy, you're just not strong enough. I wouldnt expect you to be plus you're old and have bad knees. It's all good. If you want to do a real leg press, study the movement and try again. Just saying, your form sucks. Cheers.

  • @helloman1976 Id say with some certainty that i'm stronger than you could ever even imagine to be and that ive forgot more about training than youve ever learnt from one of your text books compadre. That is why im 19 stone of pure fat and blubba and can only do half reps and have half a brain for that matter

  • @helloman1976 maybe I just watched the video today which would be pretty obvious to a reasonable person so you're the stupid one grasping at straws. You are correct, I dont have a single video, but I am not the one giving bad advice on lifting weights. Have fun rupturing a vertebrae cause you wanna look hardcore having your knees touching your chest. I would imitate his form anyday over what you recommend. Save the hardcore depth for an exercise that safely allows it.

Yeah if he widened his stance his guts wouldnt get in the way and he could go lower, but you're still an idiot for suggesting something that would cause someone to get injured.
