but why is Shax going back without trying to kill Prue & Piper like before?
is there another big battle or is the balans of the world messed up..

You know, for a video made purely of old clips from other seasons, this is kinda cool. I mean, yeah, there really is no season 9 to Charmed, but there is actually a comic book series that's going on about them. Some guys on DeviantArt got hired to do it.
