I watched this movie in college days with my tamil girlfriend. who resembled this actress.She had told me that this movie was a remake of MANIRATNAMS superhit in tamil titled AGNI-NAKSHATRAM. Even the songs and tunes were same. Lataji sang this song for ANAND MILIND after a lot of persuation as she was reluctant about ILAYARAJAS TUNES (TAMIL) being lifted and copied in hindi.

in this movie one of the best high voltage drama and enimity between two step brothers. sudesh berry was a star overnight after this movie. his character in this film portrayed amitabh bacchan from zanjeer.

After a long long time I got to hear this song and got an attack of nostalgia...
Vansh had delightful songs and one of them was "aake teri bahon mein". Anand Milind did some good work for Vansh. Speaking of this particular song, Latabai sang it with a lot of "feel" in her own inimitable way. Thank you Sakibalibhai, you made my day :-)
