Cerebral Palsied boy gains control over his Neck http://pray4august.com

For weeks people from across the globe have been praying for August - a spastic quadriplegic, cerebral palsied young boy.

Something amazing has happened in the process - August has gained so much more control over his neck - which makes sense - come to think of it.

I suppose your vocal cords cannot function when all squashed into the back of your neck?
