The first triangle in 12 b in 120 s says T C B in snicket emergency the triangle says W AL EAT and in THIS video, scream and run away at 0:31 the triangle says O LED RICE when put together they all spell "TWO CALLED BEATRICE"

OMG! I just noticed that in The Hostile Hospital, book 8, in the list of patients the second name LINDA RHALDEEN is an anagram of DANIEL HANDLER!

Two called Beatrice means that the Baudelaire's mother is named Beatrice and so is Kit Snicket's baby as well

i decoded it! but the message doesnt really make sense:

"Little explains Snicket day this for heaven"... thats the message when you use the word after the tenth word.

if i were to decode it by using the tenth word, itd be this:

"Meet what Lemony each hope but me"

still doesnt make sense... :\

Since this is directed by Sebald, and if I am not mistaken it sounds as if bells are in the beginning of this tape, is it in the Sebald Code? Did anyone try to decode it?
