Dickey Betts - Ramblin Man captured live in Munich at the Metropolis on Thursday, 17th of July 2008! Feat. Duane Betts (guitars), Mike Kach (keys), Pedro Arevalo (bass), Andy Aledort (guitars) and two (!!) drummers - Franke Lombardi and James Varnado.
I was the drum tech on that tour. What happened was the promoter changed venues last second. For some reason he crammed the show in this tiny club where we couldn't even set up all the gear. We where supposed to be in a bigger club. Still a kick ass show though!

I agree. DB&GS are the best they've ever been. I saw them twice this summer and from the very first note it was so evident. They were so tight and right on. I really hope the Rambling Man gets some well overdue recognition. He is a guitar legend & RnR HoF'er but the new millennium brought him a lot of hard times also, of which I hope is all behind. The current band members are top notch and space doesn't permit me to say all I would like too. God bless Dickey & may his best days be yet to come!

i was at the concert but the sound was really really bad.
the guitars were to loud and sometimes the sound was to much for the boxes so you just can hear a loud terrible sound

Bloody amazing! Dickey Betts & GS are really on fire at the moment!!! They've always been great, but something has happened during the summer of 2008. Mr. Betts has reached another peak:-) You just gotta love this music! Thanks for sharing:-)
