Sunrise on the Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu (Quechua: Old Mountain; sometimes called the "Lost City of the Incas") is a well-preserved pre-Columbian Inca ruin located on a high mountain ridge.
It is said that Machu Picchu is a place of great spirituality, and the ultimate spiritual moment of the day happens at sunrise.
The footage (about 45 minutes) was accelerated and compressed to about a minute to show the progress and dynamics of the sunrise.

You're right, back in '03 I didn't even know what "exposure" meant. Was shooting everything on "auto". It's one of those moments that you wish you could go back in time & place and record properly...
