I have mine connected and the video is fine but the audio cuts in and out...like, it plays but goes pitch silent,then back on? Any help?

@GirlGamer34 your screen goes black because you are on the wrong channel. when you have clicked hdmi in the video output settings and you screen goes black, there should be a button on your tv remote that lets you choose channels like av1 av2 etc.. Choose the hdmi option and your black screen should turn into a ps3 screen!
