    No they are not, They will attach and eat the men if they approached them with roughness, or if they are nervous, scared or unsure when approaching them. Lions can sense fear (they smell it..hormones) just like dogs do. These men dont get nervous or show fear and the lions are used to seeing them and they know they wont take all the meat. If they take all the meat, they get attacked, If they fear they do. I am from kenya and I know this. They take a piece of meat and leave the rest for the lions

    They come with 3 peoples together, it ' s an annoying number for Lion, you will see at least 3 buffalos stand together to defend themself from lions.

    this was incredible bravery, sharing in co-existence for food. lions/men working together! 15 lions, they walked in bravely took some of the meat and left the rest for the lions! unbelievable!!
