thanks a lot! yes wobbly I guess is the correct word, My son just grabs it and pulls it out,not completely, but, Even if we tighten the tray it moves forward, it doesn't seem to be a hazard but drives my husband crazy

Nicollete is adorable. I just saw a video of the Tripp Trapp tipping over. Does your Svan tip over or can it possibley tip over if a child pushes off on the dining table? I was considering the Tripp Trapp, but after watching the video, I was turned off. Why did you choose the Svan over the Stokke Tripp Trapp.

Hi,
How did the tray hold, We bought it a week ago and our baby is very active and it seems to get loose every time we put him in.
Would you still recommend it?

Our trays have never fallen off, if that's what you are thinking? I suppose I'm a bit confused by what you mean when you say the tray is loose. Perhaps you could clarify? It's always been a bit wobbly, as I show in the vid, but it's held up very, very well. I've tightened the bolts on the chair in general ever five or six months or so to keep everything nice and secure. We still love the chairs and definitely still recommend them. We love them!

It would take a lot to tip the Svan over backwards. I don't think my daughter could possibly tip it over by pushing off of the table, I just don't see it happening.
As far as choosing the Svan over the Tripp Trapp... I had never considered the Tripp Trapp. I went with the Svan based on looks alone. Being made of wood and having a finish that matched our living room was key as well.
Hope that helps!
