A set of custom hex wrenches machined from 6061T6 Aluminum with engraved name and hex wrench size. They have a flat on them that will keep them from rolling off the bench. The parts were programmed via ONECNC Mill Advantage Software and machined on my HAAS TM-1P 3 Axis CNC Toolroom Mill. The knurling was done on my Clausing 5914 lathe.

Ever time you make something new you learn from your experience. I am retired and at the ripe old age of 64 I am learning CAD/CAM and also learning how to operate a HAAS TM-1P CNC Toolroom Mill. It is like going back to school, but taking all elective subjects. Ha Ha Having the time of my life in my retirement years.

definatly, i figured the same, that you might as well made the whole set to make it complete :-D

and you can always throw a crescent wrench on it :-D

That is very true for the larger sizes.

The intended use was for repair of model airplanes. I just made the entire set as I already had the the Hex Key Stock. It was just another one of those fun projects for a good friend,

    Thanks for the valued input.

  • Those are really cool, but wouldnt you want the handles going the other way for more leverage?

    either way, look great!!
