@lopez4fun Many cultures have their own "version" of stuffed peppers... There is a Korean dish very similar to this sans tomato sauce, as well as similar Italian dishes. No culture can really claim rights to being the original stuffed pepper dish.

I made stuffed pepper before from other recipe but it was tasteless. I will try this one and see how it taste.
