Richochet the bullet probably hit the asphalt and the shrapnel got stuck in her hand. If it were a real bullet hitting her it would take her entire hand. Thats what you get when you report shit.

She is a much better actor than Hillary was getting off that plane. It helps put realistic looks of terror on your face if you are REALLY **wink wink nod nod** being shot at. (PS this is not a threat.)

WOW, that is such propaganda, even if it's not, why would the sniper bomb on such an easy target? And an average sniper bullet is maybe a .308 or could be a .50, which would have ripped her hand off.
