This Derrick dude is out of this world!!!!  His flams and pocket are unbelievable!!

I had never heard of him til watching this vid; when he finished, I knew he got the gig!!

Then I pulled up other Neyo performances and there he is on Drums.

I'm a percussionist from the D and it makes me proud as a detroiter to see you and Derrick representing, but this one is for Thad, I just want to see you play a little more pocket, but other than that man you are gifted as well as Derrick.
