  • Hey moron mcain you still laughing at Ron Paul?

  • March 14 2009: Obama says the economy is fundamentally sound. Politicians are all the same.

  • Such a bad Loser . . I feel so sad for you and your supporters....

  • fundamentally sound? look in the paper all the companies laying off. Drive through your neighborhoods and count the number of houses that can't sell

  • Exactly. I was asking that rhetorically because, but thank you megamanzerobeast for saying what I was thinking. McCain will be like 4 more years of Bush.

  • Clinton left the office in January 2001. The housing boom was during Bush era. Don't put the blame on Clinton. This all happened during Bush's watch. By the way, where is Bush now. How come he doesn't talk about how his stimulus package will kickstart the economy anymore. It is amazing that 24% of the people still think this moron is doing a heck of a job as a leader.

  • He never did say about the American work force. He said it later as a damage control. By the way, work force is only a component of the economy. Economy consists of unemployment rate, disposable income, stock market, inflation rate. So grandpa McCain needs to educate himself with Econ 101.

  • John McCain is right. The economy is fundamentally sound. I am a little nervous that Mr. McCain admits to being weak on the economy but I think he can get through it. He can learn on the job like President Bush did.

  • Oh my God pretty soon they are going to be charging us for oxygen.

  • McCain needs to say WHY the "fundamentals" are strong:

    1. The GDP is up .09 to 3.3% due to the rebate checks.

    2. the mining and agricultural industries are doing well.

    3. More companies want to use employees in marketing thier company than to fire them.

I wish McCain would say this stuff.
