When we 'hit the road' ( Australian expression used to describe travel / departure ) our car / vehicle becomes one of our most important assests especially in remote isolated area's where there are not many people and / or mobile phone coverage. Fortunately, this is one of our favorite destinations which has phone coverage, not too far from the city, as well as having the luxury of having the area to ourselves on some occassions. This particular fishing / camping spot is not the best for reliable fishing, although it is relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately this very same area has large scale development in the pipeline which will ultimately have it's negative affects on it's natural surrounds.
