super helpful! This is exactly what I have and although I already knew it, this video does a great job of summing up all of the various details of skeletal positioning and muscular weakness. Having that quick list helps with mentally staying on top of all the things I need to correct, so I plan on watching it daily as a reminder!

Is it possible to have both of these at the same time? I'd like to send you a picture of my posture if you could help, any advice would help as I cannot afford to go to a doctor. Thanks

I think I have this spinal condition. Does this condition affect your breathing mechanism? I tend to breathe mostly from the upperchest and not the diaphragm and my breathing feels constricted at times. Also my chest rises and falls the same way as when I try to self-correct or adjust my posture to compensate for my spinal deformity like how I probably should be breathing naturally.

Hi Sam, i have a kyphosis which caused my, i think it's called sternum, to kind of pop out, so my chest looks uneven. I'm 15 years old and i want to know if i can correct it so my chest look normal again.

This is dumb, doesn't even show how to correct it
I have this problem along with reverse cervical curve. I tried doing the supine hip extension that you posted on end your back pain blog. It worked. But how do you know when you're doing too much of it? I 'm afraid to lose my lumbar curve if I do it too much. Really appreciate it if you can answer my question.

That would take a LOT. Also, keep in mind that doing any correction in the supine position is not likely to make the postural correction standing. Your body reacts differently to gravity.

hy Sam i have this imbalance, could the problem be solely in psoas muscle? And what do you think should be done about locked knees and what about forward head posture is there any way to shorten uper back musles or neck muscles to keep head straight? Thank you

Anything is possible, but not likely because the longer you have had psoas tension, the more likely you have created further reaching imbalances. Many times I find breathing imbalances at the root of postural issues such as these.
