老字號的烏魚子專賣店: 金水號烏魚子在被包裝前必須用水或者高粱把囊皮泡軟,去皮。然後用大火逼出油脂,烘製到表面香酥為止。之後刮除多餘的油酥,真空包裝,盒裝。
