  • snow and traffic lights

  • 3:40 is a broken 'Cats Eye' holder in the road. 'Orbs' are reflections from the camera flash caused by air born moisture/dust, such as rain/dew. Some of the lights look like street lights pulled out of focus and causing strobe effect due to slow shutter on camera and creating a slightly long exposure on the image. Street lighting is part sodium and part neon which can look between orange/pink to bright yellow depending on lamp life. :)
