  • @cattlovrr SURE THING! Then we real estate investor's will just stop buying foreclosed and preforeclosed houses so that our neighborhood's can once again be riddle with dilapidated houses and home owners won't be able to sell their homes because prices are so low because of all the foreclosures. SOUNDS GREAT!!!

  • After removing these illegal junk signs, make sure to recycle the metal stakes at your local recycling center. Also, slice up the illegal signs and place them in a Dumpster. Helps keeps the street spammers like this guy on the losing end.

  • If any sign, not related to city business - parade, special event, or community activity, is placed on state/city right-of-way or "public" property it is ILLEGAL and can be taken down and removed by ANYONE. In other words, bandit signs place in the areas mentioned above are ILLEGAL and are treated the same as trash. Persons who place these signs can also be charged with littering.

  • Don't forget that posting signs on city/state property or right of way is illegal.

  • Wow, great info. Thanks a lot.

  • Very nice tip, should save others hundreds of dollars.
