  • MY FOOT IS STUCK!!! -:( D:-

  • i can get it on there for around 5 seconds then it falls down naturally any help or tips? =]

  • ....... Was my leg supposed to go parallel with my neck?

  • omg how does she do that?

  • okkk i could never do that?!

  • what if I get stuck? 0_o

  • Trying to figure out how to do this.....once or twice i was successful, but it was not easy...if you would be so kind, what are the best hip "opening up" or flex exercises to perform on a regular basis to make this regularly possible? Thank you for your time.

  • how did i get here?

  • I have the same thing. You have to find where in your left leg you are not as flexable. My left hip/buttcheeck is not as flexable as my right. You just have to work through it. If it HURTS then don't push it, and only you can know if you have a issue that needs a doctor or something. But most people have a leg/hip that is less flexable (mostly left cause most are right handed)I do martial arts, and my rear leg when I fight is my right leg, so I kick more with it, which made my left less felxable

  • @GuamKomudo its hard, my left legs feel strange i dunno why!!
