I tried this without ham and peppers, just put loads of cheese in. I was eating it drving to work!!!

I did get a few funny looks at traffic lights when I was putting a fork in my cup which was in a cup holder.

It calls for extra concentration, but what a great idea.

@urbex2007 Other than my Nutella Cake in a Mug, this is one of the best things ever. Seriously. I make these often. I also make the bacon/egg/cheese muffins a lot too. Nice and compact and ready to eat on the run.

Cover the top with saran wrap or something else and it will cook a lot faster. Cooking eggs in the microwave is all about steam.
