Since it's inception in 2007, the Sports Legacy Institute (SLI) has made incredible strides in advocacy, education, and research of concussions and brain trauma in athletes and other at risk groups. A 501 (c) (3) organization, based out of Boston, MA, SLI has reached millions through live presentations, television, radio, and print media in order to spread their educational message.
