Motivating Parents as Advocates for Catholic Schools: Part V
On January 19, 2011 at St. Pius X School in Bowie, Maryland, Dr. John T. James, assistant professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at the University of St. Louis, presented to pastors, principals, school advisory boards, and home school association presidents on the topic of empowering and mobilizing parents to increase advocacy and student enrollment. Dr. James' framework is a proven method for moving parents toward active advocacy for Catholic schools.
