My first attempt at a LOTR/Eragon crossover video. There's even a fanfiction in the works; it's only in my head write now, but I will post a link if I ever get around to writing it.
The basic story for the video is that Murtagh mysteriously winds up in Middle-earth and meets Eowyn, but their relationship in the beginning is rocky at best. He eventually falls for her and proves himself to her by the end of the video. Very over-simplified, I know, but I don't want to spoil it completely.
Clips are from The Two Towers, Return of the King, and Eragon. Music is "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence.

Okay people. It's a crossover. That means it WILL be about characters who aren't from the same fiction. That's the point. Also, since these two characters don't come from the same world, Eowyn's being a little older that Murtagh means absolutely nothing. It's easy to say that the events of Eragon took place earlier than LOTR, so when we add Eowyn to his life, Murtagh could be older than he was during Eragon. I personally like the idea of this pairing. I love both of the characters.

lol...I've never thought about that :P Let's see...Eowyn was around 23 at the time of the war. Murtagh--I'm not quite sure of his age. He's older than Eragon (who was 16), but I don't know if Paolini ever specified his exact age; I would guess around 19 or 20.
