Around the World on a Bike named FRIEND by Eric Norland

Eric Norland had spent 3 years traveling around the world on a bicycle named FRIEND from 1983 through 1986. He visited 33 countries, 5 continents, and pedaled about 30,000 miles. He started in Santa Barbara California in July 1983, pedaled across USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Egypt, India, SE Asia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Philippines, Taiwan, S. Korea, Hawaii. When he returned back to California in October 1986, his relatives in San Ramon offered to film him. This is the recording of his final bike ride on FRIEND.
