Lol the bridge is in New York, I live in tarrytown which is in Westchester County and the other side of the bridge is in Nyack, Rockland County.

Heehee,I HEAR YA strong on this one man!! I have an 06 and I've ridden it in VERY GUSTY winds before and you quickly find yourself correcting the steering constantly, cuz all it takes is just a slight GUST to knock the bike from one side of the road to the other due to how light it is.

dude i understand the wind gusts. Same thing happens to me, usually when there are not many trees around to block it for you. Don't take crap about it. You got good judgment. Everyone else is a squid.

Cool! Mine is the older 2007 model. The 2008's are hot! Apparently, nobody has them in stock.

Yes, damn it! Too bad I'm such a noob. Even a couple of days later and I'm riding much faster on the highways.
But I'll tell you - that is some mean wind on the Tappan Zee. Maybe sometime when I have more experience I'll revisit that bridge and show it a thing or two or at least go a little faster!
