Sarah Palin is not a secessionist

Here's what she's saying: "I don't agree with you, but it's a free country: America. Where you live. Let's just try to remember what we have in common, okay?" Pulling out 5 words from her 189-word statement and twisting her message a full 180 degrees is blatantly dishonest.

It's shameful to take her statement of goodwill and fellowship and turn it into a smear. She was doing much the same thing McCain did with his congratulatory ad on the day of Obama's acceptance speech:

Palin should be arrested and prosecuted as a provocateur intent on a soft coup d'etat with her ties to the AIP. And as a side note, why don't the lower 48 just vote to kick Alaska from the Union? Let me tell you something, if she isn't a secessionist then she ought to be! This country is now on the brink of a complete break with the rule of law. American citizens cannot be forced to pay foreign banks and private brokerage firms for their junk investments. This bill is absolutely treasonous, and that's not hyperbole, and it's not a joke. Special privilege for bankers who lost money on bad investments, forcing working people to pay for it.
