The deer is already dead. The natural world does not let things go to waste. Animals die all the time, if not by a predator, then by disease, accident, or if lucky, old age. These creatures and others are here to reap the benefit. If it wasn't for scavengers and detritavores, the whole world would be littered with corpses and waste matter. The world doesn't work like a Disney film. Things die, get eaten, etc.

how is it cruel when the deer is already dead. vultures are cleaning it up. without them, there would be diseases breaking out.
