  • "Jim Frame didn't go to 4 years of evil medical school to be called 'mister'." Hehe... sorry, I just got reminded of a line from a movie I enjoyed ;). Very informative. So for deep dermal clean lacerations, say, of the hand (no tendon or nerve involvement), would one be able to approximate using 4-0/5-0 absorbables then just apply dermabond on the epidermis? Can DB also be applied without sutures (say wound depth is ~2-3 mm)? Thanks for the post. :)
