So for deep dermal clean lacerations, say, of the hand (no tendon or nerve involvement), would one be able to approximate using 4-0/5-0 absorbables then just apply dermabond on the epidermis? Can DB also be applied without sutures (say wound depth is ~2-3 mm)? Thanks for the post. :)
