I have slight scoliosis and am constantly being told in my (one on one) voice lessons that I need to roll my shoulders back. I am psyched to start doing this workout! Thanks for posting this.

Thank you for this tip! I have been searching all over to correct my rounded shoulders. My doctor called them "swimmers shoulders", I was a kid and I thought that was a good thing (nods and sighs) Lately they have been feeling like they are going to dislocate. I had scoliosis as a child I should have that checked out to see how my back is. I have had bad posture all of my life and I consistently try not to slouch. It has effected my confidence and my vitality. Thanks once again.

thank you, I'll try this. Let you know if it helps. My neck is down most of the day and it is beginning to really bother me, comfort wise. Nevermind the way it looks. I feel like a Bison.

Thank you for posting this. Can we do this a number of times a day or should we only a set of ten once a day?

As long as you're not getting sore or causing pain, it should be fine to do it more than once per day. I'd try to be consistent on a daily basis.
You can't fix this by doing a lot all at once and then nothing for awhile. It's more important to be consistent.

When I do these exercises my arms will only extend back to about 85*. Is there a stretch I can do to improve the range of motion or will continuing the exercise improve the range of motion?

Not everyone can make it the full 90 degrees. Still better to focus on working that muscle for now even if you can't go back all the way.
