1. Outline is now black and not gray
2. New attack: Shun Goku Satsu
3. New attack: Super Attack
4. Reduced attack and defence/defense
5. Easier to control
6. Possible midair combos
7. Faster
8. You can play as Ghost of Ness

I do not claim this character as my own, it is originally created by Drowin, and I just fixed up a few things.

This Ness is the absolute best because he knows the moves he actually did in Earthbound. If this Ness or any other knows Starstorm, Fire, Freeze, or Thunder, I generally see it as an insult to the Earthbound series.

The readme has all these odd characters in it, so I don't know any moves except for PK Fire, Thunder, and Flash (which I figured out myself) How do I do his other combos, like PK Rockin?

A Shun Goku Satsu for Ness? That's not a really good idea considering it doesn't fit Ness, and it is REALLY overused. Other than that, it is a nice edit, although he needs a better quality voice.
