  • I have to say that is the nicest finish i've seen on a old Triolian :)

  • @jacksondemarre - the ol' girl spent most of her life under a bed, unplayed...

  • Is this Open G? An original of yours or a cover?

  • @MrFranciscoFidalgo - yes, it is open G tuning...not really an "original"...just some random improvisation.

  • sounds super good. i think these r gonna become really popular in 3-5years. how much did u manage to pick it up for my friend?

  • @alohastewie - I wish I could say it was a "bargain" but I actually traded a refinished Duolian w/ a new fretboard and a Triolian with no paint & a new cone for this. Sounds crazy but it was totally worth it. This one's got nice low action and a perfectly straight neck & great intonation.

  • @guitarded71 If it is a random improvisation it makes it an original of yours :) !

  • @guitarded71 hey you get what you pay for i guess! enjoy it man

  • Love your Triolian Zak. I learn't to play this little workout. It's allot of fun. It is getting so hard to find vintage Nationals now that are in any reasonable condition. I can totally relate to doing whatever it took to get that guitar.

  • Hats off to you my friend !

    That's what I call a hell of a tune (guitar & player too ; ) !!
