English is not an easy language to learn. Aside from the basics of grammar, spelling, pronunciation, etc, there's the idiosyncratic usage and expressions in each state in the US as well as in every English speaking country

Two, this shows how much our educational system in the Philippines has deteriorated that more younger people could not speak or write proper English. Since our country's biggest export is labor, it is important that we are able to communicate in English to compete in the global market.

This video is something we could make fun of, but this tells us two things: One, we should not be ashamed to speak in our native tongue-Tagalog, in order to communicate and get our message across. Even heads of state and diplomats speak in their own languages and use interpreters.
