  • This was Howard breaking all the rules - absolutely innovative and fresh. This is why he is a genius. He invented it.

  • @Keys22765 No, he was at WNBC for awhile after this. He got fired after they had "Bestiality Dial-A-Date".

  • I love how people talk about how Howard is irrelevant, yet everytime a judge leaves one of the talent shows his name is the one that's thrown out as the replacement. Sure enough, now he'll judge America's Got Talent and give it huge ratings. If he were so irrelevant and forgotten about, he would have faded away and not gotten this opportunity. Howard's still popular, but satellite radio is also a luxury that some, if not most, can't afford.

  • "With your TONGUE!!" lol.... Mad Howard rules.

    read howards book

  • @kalpal67 And if my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle...get the picture? My point (which you confirmed) is that Stern has way less listeners then he used to have, and he slips off the cultural radar more and more ever day.

  • @huntr7777 yeah but i just explained thats the way regular radio works. even doctor laura had 8 million listeners on regular radio now she has at most 3. sirius is a niche market. as mainstream an actor and singer jamie foxx is people have no clue what goes on at his channel. if they did he'd never go platinum. my point is yes howard has less listeners but the same amount of hardcore fans. anyone who didn't get sirius was a fair weather fan anyway. that goes for any show including o&a

  • @kalpal67 Yes he has millions of listeners, but it's still about 1/6th of the people who used to listen to him on regular radio. You just can't help it that your "God" isn't nearly as popular as he used to be. Again, get over it.

  • @huntr7777 that just the sirius platform in general dude, yet he still has millions of fans, when he did piers morgan it was pier's highest rated interview 2nd to oprah. just because something isn't "mainstream doesn't make it irrelevant. anyone who listens to howard now is a fan as opposed to regular radio where non fans would also tune in. thats the only difference. larry king was "mainstream" and yet he barely broke 400,000 viewers, its all about access. subsciption vs free or semi-free

  • @kalpal67 Not just less visible, irrelevant to anybody who doesn't have Sirius. I am not comparing HooHoo Howie to anybody else but himself about 7 years ago, and you have to admit, he has fallen off the cultural radar since then. And every day that goes by, he's less, and less, and less relevant. Get over it.

  • @huntr7777 hes less visible sure but still more relevant than steve dahl or o&a ever will be. everytime he comes out to do something he gets big numbers. howards mark has been made on history as an icon. saying hes irrelevant is like saying letterman or leno is irrelevant. you believe howard is irrelevant thats fine but you're saying o&a or dahl is more relevant? lol

  • @kalpal67 You know what makes me laugh? I Stern fan who can't wake up and admit that Stern is irrelevant today, it's like you've insulted their religion! Then they whine and cry just like Stern does about still being relevant! Hahahahahahaha loser!
