Lets first start off with, if they guy walked into my office for a job interview looking like this he wouldn't be hired. If the person is sloppy, their work is sloppy. Get a haircut and style it back with mousse, brylcream groom n clean, whatever. Button up the jacket. Although spread collar shirts are the "in" thing right now they are very unflattering. Stick with a narrow spread collar. The tie is too wide, also you can add subtle color to the outfit with your tie.

The shoulder of the jacket is drooping, there's too much of a gap on his shirt collar, Pant's seat needs to be shaped, the sides of his jacket needs to be taken in...etc BAD FIT!!! if it wasn't for the suit being black this would look 100x worst! (I wear suits 5days a week)
