I believe the Reverend is actually Reverend Al Sharpton. The Boule Society goes back to the slave mentality of the House Slave and the Field Slave. To keep a group of people enslaved a few must be elevated to a certain status. The Boule are like the House Slaves. They (the ten percent) keep the rest of the ninety percent down. This cartoon is yet another example of the Truth being hidden in plain sight However sadly, most don't have eyes to see the truth right in front of them.
