See how to download and install MoreFunc. See new functions like:
EVAL evaluates a text string
FILENAME gives workbook name
FILENAME gives file path
FORMULATEXT shows formula in cell as text
MRAND randomly generates numbers without repeating numbers. Series of random integers without repetitions
COUNTDIFF counts unique records in a list
MCONCAT concatenates arrays

First off, I would like to thank you guys for providing all these great excel videos.

I was wondering, do you guys have a video on the indirect.ext function through the morefunc file? I'm having difficulty with this particular function as it keeps giving me a ref error.

  • No I do not. sorry.

  • thank you great video but could not find the link in your description

  • Go to this link and watch the autoplay video:

    youtube[dot]com/user/excelisfun

It shows how to get the files.

  • Thanks for those great vids.. i specially likes NBTEXT function... but there´s a little question - how to do it in excel to translate text with using function to another languages? Lets sai that the number is 2487.59 - NBTEXT will say "Two thousand four hundred eighty-seven, fifty-nine" but how can i translate it into another languages using functions for proper meaning?

    Thanks for any help ;)

    Kaido

  • @gnossticc I've already found the solution!

  • I'm not able to make Morefunc work in office 2010. Is there any solution for this?

  • Is there a way to list down all the files with their resp. path in a perticular folder to an excel sheet? for e.g in this video you used Filename (true) but for the current excel file. I know one way select files shift + right click on the files will give you an option copy as path.....but it doesnt work on every PC, at present I copy all the file name list from DOS

  • That is true. I wish that they did have tooltip/screentip. Useful nonetheless.
