Im going from Cricket to sprint and im getting this phone. It seems nice and is better then the first instinct. I work for print advance tech support and this phone does not have many sw issues compaired to the old one

DON'T GET THIS PHONE! Or at least don't get it with a two year contract! I have this phone now and I HATE IT! If you do decide to get it, you're probably going to hate it as well so just...whatever you do...DO NOT get a two year contract on it!

I like the fact that a lot of phones now a days use 3.5mm headphone jack . Now I dont need to buy adapter.

Can you set ringtones of artist on the instinct even if you dont have internet.because i have the lg rumer and it doesnt let me set ringtones on it because i dont have internet.

god i have this phone, it's a piece of crap. the texting is stupid it barley responds to what you push

This phone sucks so bad that Sprint ga ve me two of them for free, just for renewing for another 2 years. They even gave me free activation free too. This phone compared to the Apple? there is no comparison. My s30 constantly stops or breaks up when i am trying to watch a utube vid' all the time for 5 TO 10 secs at a time, it's so f---ing frustrating. I'm getting an apple, you truely get what you pay for.

Tried to watch your vid on my new S30. I wish I had gotten an I-Phone. Every video I watch on U-Tube has delays, and breaks up, constantly, it's so bad that if I am home, I go to the lap top. I got 2 S30's one for me and wife. Sprint gave both free, free activation too, now I know why. Big mistake, you get what you pay for, now I'm stuck for 2 more years again.

This and the HD looks as thin as the iPhone 4. I know its not but samsung did a really good job with giving it the illusion that its thin. If apple made the sides black ot would have looked thinner.
