@sazdal It's on Josh Pearson's website, with the other EBN videos, which seems to be a pretty good argument in favor of it being an EBN video...

Yep I have the CD, Telecommunication Breakdown with the floppy for Mac and Microsoft multimedia Quicktime application, as long as you have windows 3.1 and 4 MB of memory, (wow!) Saw them in Detroit at St. Andrews Hall when the CD came out in 1995. Still great stuff.

I had the original release of EBN's Telecommunication Breakdown. It had a bunch of "toys" you could play with to create your own EBN performance. Well before Flash and Java toys were common. The second release does not have the toys, bummer. Does anybody have the original cd?

A friend of mine has a Telecommunication Breakdown CD wich came with a floppy disk. On the floppy is a multimedia application written in Director. For the time (around 1995) it was an amazing thing... :-)
